First Mobile Banking
First Bank & Trust Company is proud to introduce First Mobile Banking. While a few of the big banks offer this service, your local community bank, FB&T, is one of the first community banks staying ahead of the technological curve by making mobile banking available. First Mobile is a convenient and FREE service that allows you to manage your finances on-the-go from your web-enabled cell phone. You’ll enjoy having account access at your fingertips – view real-time balances, see the most recent transactions, transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments. Do you have an iPhone? Once you have enrolled for First Mobile Banking through our online banking service, designated accounts linked to your Access ID will be accessible through your mobile phone. You will receive one-time passwords with each log in as an additional security feature.
To get started:
- Log into First Bank online banking
- Go to My Settings
- Scroll to the Mobile Banking section and type in
- your cell phone number (10 digits only – don’t type in the leading “1”)
- mobile carrier
- 4-digit PIN
- You will receive a text message with a one-time password (OTP) link
- Click on the link and type in your Access ID (same access ID used for online banking) and Mobile PIN (the 4-digit PIN you chose at enrollment)
- If your phone doesn’t allow you to click on the link
- browse to www.bankfbt.com on your phone
- click on Applications & Downloads, Mobile OTP Link, Mobile Banking Login
- type in your Access ID, 6-digit OTP (the last six numbers of the link in the text message – ex, OTP=XXXXXX), and Mobile PIN
- submit
**First Bank & Trust strongly urges you NOT to save your access ID and/or PIN in your mobile browser or any other browser setting.
